Modern Farmhouse

For this exciting project, our longstanding client returned expressing interest in having Wingate Ltd.’s team design and build their newly acquired home here in the Berkshires.

Multiple changes were made including an entire revision to the second floor master suite, inclusion of a Jack & Jill bath between two enlarged guest bedrooms, provision of a primary walkway off of the foyer to the great room, complete renovation of the kitchen, guest quarters, mudroom, gymnasium and media room.

The desired aesthetic was modern farmhouse and Wingate Ltd. had commissioned a one of a kind, oversized oil painting of a bull to enhance the setting.
